Waivers & Documents
Waivers and eligibility requirements let you collect legal agreements and verification documents from players before they participate. There are two layers: the mandatory Recourt platform waiver (applies to every tournament) and your tournament-specific waiver and document requirements.

Platform Waiver (Recourt)
There is a mandatory, read-only Recourt platform waiver that applies to every tournament. This covers the platform's general terms of participation. You can view it in the Waiver tab but cannot edit it — it is managed by platform administrators.
Tournament Waiver
Your tournament can have its own additional waiver. This is optional and fully editable:
- Go to the Waiver tab (
?tab=waiver) - Use the rich text editor to write your waiver content
- Click Save — each save creates a new version
- Use View History to see and compare past versions
- Click Reset to default to restore the template content
Version history is preserved — you can always go back to an earlier version if needed.
Eligibility Requirements
In the Eligibility tab (?tab=eligibility), you can require players to submit verification documents:
Identity Verification (KTP)
Toggle Require KTP verification to ask players to upload their Indonesian identity card (KTP). The system verifies the uploaded image.
Custom Requirements
Add custom requirements that players must fulfill. Each requirement has a type:

Each requirement can be marked as required or optional.
Where Players See Waivers & Documents
When a player requests to join a category, the Join Category modal presents:
- The Recourt platform waiver (must accept)
- Your tournament waiver (must accept, if one exists)
- KTP upload (if enabled)
- Custom eligibility requirements (must complete all required ones)
Players can also use Import from prior tournament to reuse documents they previously submitted.
Reviewing Submissions
In the Categories tab, each player entry shows their document submission status. You can review uploaded files and approve or reject submissions.
