Screens & Layouts
Screens are display configurations for TVs, projectors, and big screens at your venue. Each screen layout controls which content blocks appear (Courts, Matches, Draws). Screen Groups let you chain multiple layouts into an auto-cycling carousel on a single display.
Screens adalah konfigurasi tampilan untuk TV, proyektor, dan layar besar di venue Anda. Setiap layout layar mengontrol blok konten mana yang muncul (Courts, Matches, Draws).
Creating a Screen Layout
- Go to the Screens tab in your tournament admin panel
- Click New Screen and give it a name (e.g. "Main Hall", "Court TV", "Finals Room")
- Toggle which blocks appear:
- Courts — the court matrix showing all courts and their current/next matches
- Matches — the full match schedule list
- Draws — the bracket diagram(s)
- For Draws, you can optionally filter to show only specific draws and toggle pool/diagram views per draw
- Click Copy URL — open that URL on the target TV (no login required)
Screen Groups (Carousel)
A Screen Group chains multiple screen layouts together into an auto-cycling carousel:
- In the Screens tab, scroll to the Screen Groups section
- Click Create Group
- Select which layouts to include and set the cycle interval (in seconds)
- Save — the group gets its own URL and a short code for easy access
When opened, the group cycles through each layout in order, pausing for the configured interval. This is ideal for a single TV that needs to show courts, then matches, then the bracket — without manual switching.
Photo Wall
The Photo Wall is a spectator-friendly display that shows all tournament matches with player names, live scores, match photos, and winner highlights in a visual grid. Matches are grouped by stage (Quarter Finals, Semis, Final) with larger tiles for later rounds.
- Access it from the Photo Wall button on the Overview tab
- URL:
/tournaments/<id>/screen/wall - Supports player search to filter matches
- Auto-updates via live scoring and polls for new photos
On-Screen Controls
The gear icon (⚙) on the screen page lets you adjust layout toggles directly from the TV — no need to go back to the admin panel. The screen also has:
- Fullscreen mode — toggle with the button in the top-right corner
- Day selector — filter the view by tournament day
- Live clock — current time displayed in the header
- Sponsor footer — persistent bar at the bottom (if enabled); scrolls unless "Use static footer layout" is on in the Sponsors tab
Single-Court View
For a focused display on one court, use the per-court screen view at /tournaments/<id>/screen/court/<number>. This shows:
- Current match score with live updates
- YouTube live stream embed (if configured)
- QR code for scoring
- Upcoming matches on that court
