Completing the Tournament
When all matches are done and you are satisfied with the final results, mark the tournament as completed.
How to Complete
- Go to the Overview tab of your tournament admin panel
- Click Complete Tournament
- Confirm the action in the dialog
This transitions the tournament from In Progress → Completed.
This is a one-way action. A completed tournament cannot be reopened. If you need to reopen one, contact your platform administrator.
What Changes After Completion

Final Standings
The final leaderboard is publicly visible on the tournament page for anyone to view — no login required. Rankings reflect the cumulative standings across all rounds based on your tournament's Standings Mode (Points, Wins, or Both).
After the Tournament
- The tournament remains listed on the Tournaments discovery page with status Completed
- Registered participants can view their results from their player profile
- The big screen view (
/tournaments/[id]/screen) continues to show the final standings
Archiving
If you want to hide a completed tournament from public listings, use the Archive option in the Overview tab. Archived tournaments are no longer publicly visible but remain accessible to admins.
