Finding & Joining Tournaments
Tournaments are discovered through the Tournaments page. You can browse, search, and filter to find events that match your sport, skill level, and location.
Browsing Tournaments
- Go to Tournaments in the sidebar
- Make sure you're on the Browse tab
- Use the search bar to filter by tournament name or club
- Filter by Sport (Padel, Tennis) or Status (Upcoming, Live, Completed)
Each tournament card shows the name, sport, club, date, and current status. Click a card to view the full tournament page with details, participants, and standings.
Requesting to Join
When you find a tournament you want to play in:
- Open the tournament's public page
- Click Request to Join
- If the tournament uses categories, select which category to join (e.g. "Beginner", "Men's Open")
- Complete any required steps:
- Accept the platform waiver
- Accept the tournament waiver (if the organizer added one)
- Upload required documents (KTP, photos, etc.)
- Fill in eligibility requirements
- Click Submit — your status becomes Requested
The Request to Join button only appears when the tournament is in Registration status. If the tournament is still in Draft, it is not yet visible to players.
After You Request
Your request goes to the tournament organizer for approval:
- Requested — waiting for organizer review
- Waitlisted — organizer approved, but payment or final confirmation is pending
- Confirmed — you are officially in the tournament!
Track your status in My Tournaments → Playing. You will receive notifications when your status changes.
Joining via Invitation
An organizer can also invite you directly. If you receive an invitation:
- Go to Invitations in the sidebar
- Find the invitation and click Accept or Decline
- If you accept, your status is Confirmed immediately — no waitlist step
