Credits & Billing

Recourt uses an à la carte credit system for tournaments beyond the free tier. Each credit unlocks additional player capacity. This page explains how billing works and how to purchase and use credits.

Free Tier

Every club can run tournaments with up to 16 players for free (up to 2 tournaments per month). If your tournament needs more than 16 players, you need to purchase a credit.

How Credits Work

  • A credit sets the maximum player count for one tournament
  • Credits are purchased for a specific club and can only be used for that club's tournaments
  • Each tournament can have one credit applied at a time
  • Unused credits have an expiry date — use them before they expire

Purchasing a Credit

  1. From pricing: Go to recourt.id/pricing and select the number of players you need. This calculates the price based on the player count.
  2. From a tournament: When you try to confirm a player that would exceed the free tier limit, a prompt appears. Click Buy Credit to go to checkout.
  3. Checkout: You are taken to the checkout page where you see the price breakdown. Select the club the credit is for, then proceed to payment.
  4. Payment: You are redirected to Midtrans (Indonesian payment gateway) to complete the payment. Supported methods include bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet.
  5. After payment: You are redirected back to Recourt. The credit appears in My Credits as Available.

Price Calculation

The price depends on the number of players you select. You can see the exact price on the checkout page before paying. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Applying a Credit to a Tournament

Once you have an Available credit:

  1. Go to My Credits in the sidebar
  2. Find the Available credit and click Apply
  3. Select the tournament — only eligible tournaments are shown
  4. Confirm — the credit is applied and the tournament's player cap increases immediately

Replacing a Credit

If a tournament already has a credit and you apply a new one, the old credit is released back to Available status. This lets you upgrade a tournament to a larger player cap without losing the original credit.

Credit Status Lifecycle

StatusMeaning
AvailablePurchased and ready to apply to a tournament
UsedApplied to a specific tournament; locked until replaced
ExpiredPast its expiry date without being used; cannot be recovered

Troubleshooting Payments

  • Payment pending: Midtrans may take a few minutes to confirm. Refresh My Credits after a moment.
  • Payment failed: Try again — you will not be charged twice. Contact support if the issue persists.
  • Wrong player count: Go back to pricing and select the correct number before checkout.
